Fonts and images are served from this website. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics measures page visits, product clicks and successful enquiries to help us improve the website. We do not send your name, email address, message or other form answers to Google. Analytics is optional and you can reject it or withdraw consent using Cookie settings. Google processes technical and usage data, including cookie identifiers, under its privacy policy. See our cookie information and how Google uses information.

Like any website, the company that hosts it processes technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so that pages can be delivered and the service kept secure.

The site owner signs in to a private editing area to update this website. If anyone tries to sign in, the IP address used is kept for up to 24 hours to stop repeated password guessing, and is then deleted.

When you contact us

When you send the contact form, your name, email address, business name (if given) and message are passed to Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which forwards them to us by email at hello@end2endconsult.uk. The form is not stored on this website. The delivery service handles the message under its own privacy policy.

When you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to reply to you and, if you ask us to do work, to agree and deliver that work.

We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where you ask us to do work, on taking steps to enter into or carry out a contract with you.

Buying a digital tool

Our digital tools are sold through Etsy, Payhip and Gumroad. Whichever you use processes your purchase and payment under its own privacy policy. We receive the order details needed to supply the product and help you with it. If you email support@end2endconsult.uk, we use what you send to help with your question.

Our tools that store business information keep it on your own computer, in your browser. It is not sent to us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. It is shared only with the services we use to run the business, such as our email and website hosting providers, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer information only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or work, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or give you a copy to move elsewhere. Email hello@end2endconsult.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

If what this website does with personal information changes, we will update this notice and the date above.
